Scyllos Shag

Name:scyllos shag (spoiler alert):(parents died too young to teach him his real last name) (shag is a synonym for both alone and chase i chose it because he hunts alone after his parents died)

Body figure: kinda skinny but fit with one blue eye always showing.

Biography: born and raised in a cottage on the edge of a small lake.
he was trained from the age of 5 in botany(collecting helpful plants), alchemy(making potions that heal wounds and reduces the fatuge of long battles), martial arts, and the skill of magical weaponary. with even a small stick masters can turn it into the deadliest sword. harnessing the power of ether, the vary life of the animals and plants around them they can make almost any weapon they can imagine. weather or not they can use it is another story
(they need a handle because without it the ether will bind to their soul. backlashing causing their entire arm to just grow into a indestinguishabul blob thats why its consitered a taboo and you would of been banished from the village for doing it). at the age of 6 his parents suddenly fell ill no one knew the cause untill one night the monster over endulged itself on their ether and couldent escape the way he came. he was then killed but it was too late to save scyllos's parents and they died. scyllos now alone in the cottage relying on the kindness of villagers to make it through his life. was practicing archery down by the river on leather salmon jumping up stream to breed. (was failing at it miserabuly too, missing constantly and when his arrows did hit they were not strong enough to peirce their hides) he decided to try another method and charged into the river with the largest sword he could gather from the forest trees. and fell down into a sinkhole and blacked out. he awoke in a large cave with a shrine made of marble coated in blue glowing moss. he went into the shrine to find a large statue of a dragon made of solid jade with out a single speck of moss on the statue it was illuminated with the faint glow of patches of moss on the ceiling and walls. he decied to pray to the dragon hoping to give him more power and a brighter future. suddenly after hearing the prayer the jade dragon glew a bright green and sprung to life. compleately helpless agenst the dragons might the dragon wrapped scyllos in its long body and looked into his vary soul and saw how full of woe his life was so far and decided to give him a small tresure chest. and sent him home through a staircase on the far side of the cavern. he left through the staircase to find it exited through the 100 foot tall tree in the heart of the forest. no one has ever noticed it before and as he looked back it was gone along with the sink hole he fell down.
he never told anyone in the village of his encounter with the dragon but stell prays to it nightly and gives him thanks for changing his life around. as soon as he returned to his cottage near the lake he opend the treasure chest to find it was one of the dragons fangs on a leather string. he decided to wear it proudly and at the instant he put it on there was a large cut over his right eye and an image of the dragon in his mind missing a fang saying "you diden't think it was free did you" he went to the lake and looked in his reflection his right eye. it wasent his eye anymore...it wasent even humanesk. it looked more like that of the dragons. its long pupil like a tigers stared back at him from the reflection no longer cobalt, but dark jade. at the age of 10 he became the best of his class the raw power of of his ether sword unmatched any of his other classmen it almost passed the masters he learned how to add properties such as fire to his arrows so would burst into flames on contact or poisen his target. no one else not even the masters could do this. he decided that he dident want this power, it was too much for him. he returned to the tree and placed the dragon fang on the tree hoping to leave it there and forget about it. as soon as the fang touched the bark of the tree the stairway opened up again. he walked back down to the shrine where the dragon lay and returned the fang in person. the dragon knew he would need it again in the future the dragon put it out on a small branch directly over where the stair case was. it looked exactly like its claw offering the necklace. at the age of 14 things returned to normal he wasent overpowered anymore, but stell thankful to the dragon for changing his life around. untill one night screams in the distance awoke him from his slumber the village dident want to become part of the main kingdom they wanted to remain unknown and hidden. left to practice their ways and costems in solitude. but the kingdom wanted their forest for the excess amounts of large game in it. and decided to attack the village in the night. when scyllos finally arrived at the village he found it destroid and burned to the ground not a living soul around.he returned to his house in and took anything he needed his leather armor (vest, mask, eyepatch gloves, boots) and a small bag (with a small leather tent, food presevation salt,a small vial of ether that faintly glows blue (without it he would be almost compleatly useless in low life areas like deserts and crags),a small book on basic alchemy, and a leather armor repare kit). and threw away the rest of his worldy posessions by burning down the cottage he lived in for all his life. hoping to take his revenge on the kingdom that took last thing he could call a family in this world away from him.he returned to the small limb of the tree where the fang is, looking like it was compleatly unaffected by time itself. he grabbed it and and walked off into the distance ready to start his adventure. as the dragon watched this while looking apon the burned down town he unleashed a jade flame apon the town that put out any remaining fires of the chared town and made the plants grow rapidly vines and grass covered the charred remains of the town engulfing it in an inferno of bright red flowers. the trees grew thick enough that no one could ever return his demolished town again, if they tried to chop down the trees to get in the jade flames would appear and the tree would magically be restored...

only the one with a connection to the gardian of the forest could enter or exit.

Strong points: dexteity, speed, quick learning, connection with nature, botany (collecting medical plants),crafting(making armor),alchemy (making restoring potions from the plants he collected), hunters stealth, varity of weapons avalibul for use, ether sencing(feeling the ether in the enviroment around him and telling what is around him, dosent work in baren areas and cant see inaminate objects like bolders with it unless theres moss growing on it dose work on anything living or that was alive at one point.).

Weak points: wisdom(stell really young and unexperianced), compleate lacking of the outside world(dosent even know what year it is to others, any understanding of magic other than what he uses, the most advance technology he had is bees wax candels and fishing poles and small boats)

Fighting style: depends on the enviroment and situation in a forest he will most likely use (a large sword) or (archery) in a clearing or feild mostly (archery), and in the desert he cannot take any ether from his enviroment so (hand to hand)

Favorites: water( born and raised near it. its become a sorce of comfort to him),animals ( just peaceful animals like horses, birds, wolves. not beasts or monsters their not in the same catagory), large forests (where his original town was before the tragity), music(he never experianced music other than that the animals made like bird songs),darkness(its how he was spared when his village was attacked you can not see where his cottage is because of the dence trees of the forest),rain(because of the love of water

Hatreds: knights and military for any kingdom(not just the one that burned his village they could of just as easily destroid his town in the night as well.)
loud noises(he never experianced them before living alone mostely and his elven sinces are sharp from hunting sence the age of 6)
baren wastelands(his ether senceing skill dosent work there so hese limited to regular sight)
bright reflective metal(never experianced it the closest he ever got to reflective was the pond he grew up next to.)
large cities(the most people he ever saw before the 19 people who lived in the village before his parents died and reduced the number to 17)

Fears: large fires(campfires are about as large as he can handle before being filled with the rage and sadness of his old village)
fighting in compleatly dark and baren areas(if he cant see anything he smashes into things around him and hurts himself)

Extra: the cut over his eye healed over and is now a scar that jets out from under his eyepatch and the vary end of the bottom is covered by his leather mask.
he always carries around a small 8 inch long stick wrapped in leather with 8 small fangs drove into to hold the leather in place two on each end so the points curve togeather and almost touch. the other four are embeded into the stick holding the leather to it like nails.(even though his weapons are made of magic his attacks are purely physical and damage is based on strength)
the weapon he is useing can be seen by the blue glow of the ether he uses to make his weapon (the ether is as hard as steel when swords are made or as flexibul as carbon rods)
his hair is black and cut down to his sholders except for a long braid that goes down to the center of his back with a leather string holding it togeather at the end.

Very good, the only thing that could be worked on is the punctuation, but you can do that whenever, Accepted!

And to answer your question about experience points you earn them by killing creatures, helping people, and doing tasks. This is still being worked on so be patient.
