Name of Ability/Attack: The Windy Thing

Type: magic

Effects: causes a breeze strong enough for the user alone to ride on.

Description of Attack: the user has to put their hands in front of them against their chest with fingers linked together. then whisper lost of words having to do with air, wind, and flight.

How Effective is it?: The only damage it could possibly do would be to the user if it's not strong enough and drops them on something or launches them into a house.

Hit Rate: accuracy depends on how well the conjurer is at using it.
