Anyone can learn this ability

Requirements:
Speed-0
Intelligence-10
Strength-0
Magic-7

Name of Ability/Attack: Weak teleportation

Type: magic

Effects: moves you to another nearby visible location

Description of Attack: The user can choose a location within 50 feet of him or her and teleports there by focusing their magic and concentrating on that area. It can take a while to perform at first, but gets better with practice.

How Effective is it?: takes about half an hour to use again so its more of an ace up your sleeve escape the battle power for slow moving mages, can't move you more than 50 ft away.
